One of my all-time faves is this Speedmaster Apollo-Soyuz from 1976, commemorating the famous mission from one year earlier. Omega only produced 500 units of this watch at the link request of the brand's Italian distributor. It came on this Oyster-style bracelet, which does look good!This automatic movement with its silicon spring insensitive to the effects of magnetic fields, offers a comfortable power reserve of 80 hours.The 40mm watch itself takes a lot of aesthetic inspiration from military aviator's watches of yore and is named for 'The Aircraft Manufacturing Company Limited.' Visual cues worth noting here are the stark white numerals for legibility and the red accents on the hands and dial, itself. This is not a new watch (the line has been around since 2017) but more of a new colorway.
