      Probably the crystallized stuff or even a raw piece of ginger put in a bowl or jar of honey and left there for a few days to a few weeks until you get the desired flavor. You might try powdered ginger too. Seems like it would be pretty easy.

            No I dont,I love honey with ginger,you can buy that here,i slso like crystalized ginger,and thought would be beautiful if it was infused with honey rather than sugar.
