Researching a complex news story pushed me to slow down and question how I process information, especially when emotions and public opinion collide. As I read deeply, I noticed how easy it is to form quick judgments before understanding context, timelines, and human impact. Somewhere in the middle of this process, while unpacking facts, reactions, and silences around Richard Gosling, I became more aware of my own emotional responses and biases. It reminded me that understanding difficult stories isn’t just about data, but about reflection and empathy.
This connects closely with my work—At Sustainable Empowerment, I support people who are going through a difficult phase of their life by providing them counselling and cultivating their understanding in a supportive environment. In this way you can freely share your feelings and emotions with me as I adopt a broader psychodynamic approach to help you solve your problems while bringing a positive change in your life.
By the end of my Richard Gosling counselling sessions you will be empowered, feel liberated and at peace with your life. If you are going through a traumatic experience and need counselling for grief/bereavement, depression, anger management, anxiety, low-self esteem and relationship counselling then you can contact me.
My counselling sessions are for one hour and my introductory session is free of charge in order to allow you to feel comfortable with me and for me to determine whether I will genuinely be able to help you. My practice is situated by the Thames near Hammersmith Bridge in West London, with excellent transport links.
