    The best way to maintain customers is with superior service. Look for what your Company can or does better than your competitors and make sure your customers are aware of the difference. Not knowing what area of business you are in makes it hard to give a more definitive answer. I had over 40 years in sales and marketing and one thing I learned was to treat your customers the way you would like to be treated in their position.
