    How easy it is for a US citizen to get his Turkish Citizenship back

    I became a US citizen in 1974. I was told that I had to give up my Turkish citizenship, and I did. Now I want to get it back and become a dual citizen.

      Where were you born? If it was in Turkey nobody can take away your right of abode there, however long you have been away or whatever other country has accepted you as a citizen.
