Safety is paramount when dealing with high-pressure gas. Here’s a simple, safe usage guide:
Check Compatibility: Ensure your cream whipper/sipper is designed to handle a 640-gram threaded cylinder. Do not use it with a device meant for smaller 8-gram chargers.
Inspect the Equipment: Before use, check that your whipper is clean, the O-rings are intact, and there is no damage to the threads.
Screw it On Tightly: Place the whipper on a stable surface. Screw the Rotass Blueberry cylinder onto the whipper's head firmly and securely by hand. Do not use tools, as this can damage the threads.
Charge and Shake: Once sealed, the gas will release into the whipper. You will hear a hissing sound. Shake the whipper vigorously for 10-20 seconds to help the gas dissolve into your liquid.
Dispense and Disconnect: Dispense your creation. Before unscrewing the empty cylinder, ensure the whipper is fully depressurized by gently pressing the dispensing lever until no more gas escapes.
Always follow the specific instructions provided with both your whipper and the Rotass cylinder.
