you can still use rabbit ears connected to a digital converter which is connected to your TV but you must still live in an area that can receive the signal. you'll also find several NEW channels from the digital box. in this area, several channels have 2 or more channels with a similar number. EX: 3.1, 3.2, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3: etc. YOUR BOX IS A DIGITAL TO ANALOG CONVERTING THE SIGNAL FOR YOUR TV.
