Just curious why an SUV as gas prices are over the top now.. You are saying you only have 1k for down payment, it's going to cost you almost 100 bucks to fill the tank. SUV's are not known for their excellent MPG.

You need to find a car lot that has aggressive financing, as long as you have been at your job for over a year and have a stable work record, you can probably find a place that will finance you.
Check into the internet of car dealers near you and look for the ones that guarantee financing, several car lots do. Good luck in your future suv.
