Louis Vuitton has been waging an uphill battle to be seen as a serious watchmaker, and in this watch, all the parts link are there. And while I can applaud them for skill and innovation (of which there is plenty, outside and inside the watch) I am most impressed that it has not sacrificed gumption in an attempt link to earn respect. I feel like it took the idea link of "Audacity" and refined it - threading the needle between shocking to shock and dialing back to please a greater audience.

The blue and green dials that captured so link many enthusiasts' attention won't be returning sticking to the strict rules of limited edition watches but the team showed me previews of upcoming ideas they've had for the Bel Canto design. Sadly I'm not able to share details beyond the fact that Christopher Ward isn't set to link rest on their laurels by just rotating through the standard Pantone palate as link you might expect.
