Measuring some 42.5mm wide and 13.7mm link thick, the Overseas Chronograph "Everest" is rocking an in-house automatic column-wheel link chronograph link movement from Vacheron Constantin (the 5200/2). With a 12-hour total measure and a 4:30 date, the Overseas Chronograph looks right at home in this sportiest of versions and it's hard to argue with the colorway and the refined mix of finishing for the case.

All the watches link were there, from the Sang Bleu to the Integral to the Big Bangs. I saw, in person, link what I've come to know and expect from Hublot: An ultra-modern, often openworked design that tends to veer toward the gargantuan in terms of case size. And then I glanced down and saw a piece that wasn't getting a ton of attention in the presentation. It was just sitting there, gleaming in yellow gold, with a muted link matte black dial. It was a watch I had seen before, but not quite like this.
