      You need to give out more information. Did you purchase a song track from Amazon or iTunes and you can't download it? In that case you need to contact Amazon or the iTunes store. If you're trying to download from a free site it could be that the file is either corrupted, or that it isn't the whole song to begin with, just a sample.
