      Because we're not professional problem solvers. We answer what we know or what we can search out on the internet. Some questions aren't even worth the time answering. We are volunteers sitting in our homes or at work on breaks helping the best we can.

          As Ms. Colleen says, some are just too far off the wall for any of us to take the time to answer. I do believe that a question of serious nature will always be answered. (if its one we can understand. I've seen some questions here that Steven Hawkings would have trouble answering.)
