Vit.C in large doses like 3000mg a day divided and Alfalfa
Tablets 3-5 a day. (Vit. K). I hope this helps some.

I bruise extremely easily but I have significant health problems (auto-immune disease being one) and was told my my doctor that is the reason plus I'm 61 years old and as one gets older they will bruise easily....will try the vitamin C thing Ann spoke of though!

61 yrs. is not old ole hipster. I am sorry you are not well. It could be that the auto-immune disease is causing your bruising The Vit.C has no Sideeffects and if you get loose stools, cut it to
