      If you can't remember your Hotmail password, just click on the "forgot your password?" link loacated under the "sign in" fields. Once you click on this link, just follow instructions and you'll restore your password or get a new one.

        Make sure you're not clicking the link that says "sign up" Also, I'd just like to point out that this is what you get for having your e-mail with AOhelL. I'm surprised AOL is even still around. ;)

          thanks colleen. i have an address with gmail but i don't know how to get it.

          i swear i do exactly what you say to get back to aol. if i sign up with my name i get the message that i have to pick another name because that name is already in use. of course, it is i who have the name!
