Check to make sure your speaker are plugged in properly. If they are, look at your lower right corner of your screen and see the speaker icon. Make sure the sound is up on the slide bar. If it is, go to control panel (found after clicking the start button) see hardware and sound, click that, find your sound/speakers, see "manage audio devices" and make sure there's a check mark enabling your speakers.
