I don't really have one, except I intend to carry on with my diet , as I had lost 2 stone ( that's 28lbs in American money) in the past 6 months. I put 4 lbs on over Christmas and New Year, so I need to keep at it again, I just want to loose about another 6 - 8 pounds, then I will need a plan to stay there.

I am really pleased with myself cb., Unfortunately Terry I have arthritis in my Knees at the moment, hoping the weight loss will help that, and I will be able to get back on the bike when the warmer weather comes.
Getting on the bike takes the weight off the knees Dave,and strenghens the muscles around the knee,therefore easing the weight on the joint,having good muscle around the knee also helps with recuperation should you ever decide to go for a knee replacement,before my knee replacements i tried Glucosamine,did not work,maybe my knee was too far gone, all the best mate..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
