    Sorry Tab.i stopped playing cricket because i got too old to play,it is impossible to play cricket with the amount of metal i have in my body..age may be a state of mind..but an ageing body brings your state back to earth..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

    I believe there is a little truth to both.

    It may more be we stop playing when our lives become busier and more complicated than we were as children. My son is working two jobs (1 FT, 1 PT), has a 4 year old son who is all about Dad, a pregnant wife, and 2 stepchildren with whom he is close. Add a recently purchased home that needs far more repair than the inspection conveyed, and you have a very busy man. Fortunately, he is balancing things pretty well, and does get out for recess, if only for a few moments.
