It has been so long ago, I can't give you a straight answer. Thankful!!!!

It must be 20 years since. I take supplement, cod liver oil, Garlic, plenty of vitiman C food, and I have the flu  jab. And I always carry wet wipes and hand gel.

When I was in high school. I was out for a week, and "sick as a dog".

Christmas day I went to a program.  A man sneezed, about 6 feet away from me.  By that evening when I got home, sore throat and was sick for about 10 days.

From middle of December to January. It was horryble. But the hot tea, honey, lemon, praying and meditation helped to heal.

Years and years ago, I'd guess about 20 years.

I answered this question two months ago but I'm (temporarily) breaking the rules because right now, I have a very different answer. Last week I came down with a cough, sore throat, and a headache which has now lasted for 12 days. I rarely get sick. I started to cough and became instantly ill. Never had such an experience and I still don't feel well. Sympathy please.     :(((
