Is it normal for me in some situations to believe in God but in general to not believe in God?

Now i dont believe in God but there are some instances in which i believe in God an example being the Same Sex Marriage Law, I Believe God did not intend for the same gender to love each other but if someone asked me Do you believe in God i was say No so is it weird? Or is it because i just hate people being Gay because its wrong

Can a woman be a little bit pregnant? She is pregnant or she is not. You believe in God (and his son Jesus Christ) or you do not. God did not make it complicated.

Actually, it is complicated. A belief in God doesn't "require" belief in Jesus Christ, except for a Christian. A Jewish person believes in God, but doesn't accept Jesus as Savior.

Sorry. I had a moment of evangelizing.

    I'm OK with that. ☺

You do believe God exists, because you believe God does not agree with same sex marriage..that may be all you know about God..maybe get with someone who understands the bible, and you might find some other things that you and God might agree on..and you might get an understanding of God and his Son..All the best Wellwhat..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

    ....opinion: no

....both ways, can't serve two masters

    Is that "weird"?

No, it's something you need to explore, meditate upon, and pray about. Your heart tells you God IS, but you choose to deny His existence when asked.

Now, why is that? It is NOT because you don't believe.

Sweetheart, there are no atheists in fox holes, ever hear that? You are what’s called agnostic. You don’t believe or not believe, you question. There is nothing wrong with how you feel, everybody questions a Devine existence at one time or another. So I’ll stick by your side while you do what’s natural. But I’ll drop you like a hot potato should you bring up your view on homosexuality. We all have our questions.....

JH.???.he already views gays as wrong,,the more he finds out about the God of Creation is only going to enforce his belief about the gays..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

You mean your beliefs. You read the Bible differently than I do. It was way, way back that the x against gays was written along with stoning women and banishment. The New Testament changes a little bit and the present pope has greater understanding of foolishness. What’s it to you about gays being together? They don’t effect or pay your morgage, buy your food,or nose into what you would consider personal. Just leave them alone. Wouldn’t the world be a happier place this way?

JH,he already does not know much about the Bible teachings, but he still feels the gay movement is wrong without knowing what the bible says,,there are people who do not believe in God or the Bible and who do not believe man on man and woman on woman is the natural way of creation, and in a democratic country people have a right to their belief right or wrong, even the gays..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

Terry, Julie, what we all might want to acknowledge is the increasing distance between what the Christian Bible tells us and what "politically correct" tells us.

Bob,your spot on the money.but i guess things are meant to go this way,the closer we get to end times, the more people will water down the Bible or walk away from the Bible..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

They are just more vocal, Terry. And, while I "support" a person's "right" to choose a homosexual lifestyle, it is not Biblically endorsed in any book, chapter, or verse. Neither is sexual intimacy outside of marriage.
