Oh please.  ... water. salt water... fish inside the water... phytoplankton, seaweed, corals, the complexities are abounding.  Oh shoot!  an Island with people on board.  "Did you see that dolphin hopping about over there?"  "Oh! OH! America did not colonize that island... Those people are kind of just floating out there and we had nothing to do with anything what so ever....
