I don't have any problem sleeping, I can fall asleep standing up.

read or listen to a talk show on the radio. I don't have a  T V in my room.

I get up, make a cup of coffee, get my computer and do my daily crossword/sudoku puzzles and take my turns on my scrabble games on facebook.  If up before 3 am I often take a nap when the aforementioned are done. The days I'm still asleep after 5 am are rare indeed.

I seldom go to bed before 1:30 am. I stayed awake until 9:am this past Monday. I've been a night-owl since the age nine.

When I lived at Wall Beach I would usually just go outside on my deck and listen to the night sounds and the ocean waves, maybe have a smoke and gaze at stars awhile ....
