    Chewy is as it states, not quite crisp bacon, raw still oinks, black is left on the burner too long….

      Crispy,  The bacon in the UK seems to have more water content to it so it is served from the restaurants resembling a thin slice of limp ham.  I cook the bacon in the oven and it crisps up to perfection.  I tried bacon-peanut brittle a few years ago and it was delish.

                      They are highly intelligent. I love them. Goats are pretty fantastic as well... not to mention Free Chickens! ... Honestly I could own a farm but it would not make any money at all. Just a whole bunch of happiness.

                      I can. And, I silently weep.
                      Thank goodness he was not a fur farmer. That is one thousand times worse. That job is the 'No Talking Zone' for people such as myself.
