I can relate. I was once the twin of the woman on the left however, time and hard living shows much more on me than than the poor woman on the right. Oh, my!

While I love the original design and would have enjoyed seeing it here the rehaut for the Pelagos 39 link does a good job in terms of legibility and to bridge the depth between the dial and the crystal which is link deeper than you might expect for a watch that is less than link 12mm thick. It's deep enough to make the bezel look ever so slightly misaligned in some photos. This was not my impression in person and admittedly I've been staring at these photos for many hours.
