As with the link first MIH watch, this one is also being offered to raise funds for the museum – which, I might add, is well worth a link visit should you ever find yourself in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Sales of the MIH Gaia link watch will primarily go toward two restorations: that of the Grand Magicien, an automaton clock made by Jean-David Maillardet and his son Julien-Auguste in 1830, and the Franc?ois Ducommun Tellurium, which dates from the 19th century.

Of course there are small design flourishes Easter eggs if you will that link tie into the upcoming film but the new color palette on both case and screen is the star attraction here. The case and bracelet are still made of steel just like the regular production model but both now are coated in black PVD which gives the link watch link a matte brushed almost futuristic effect.
