PLease, Psychology  just means the study of the mind and behavior, like any other study of the bodily or biological  systems. How can that be the work of the devil ?

No, it is not. However, it can be abused in such a way as to be the work of evil beings. Just like lacing brownies with marijuana, doping a girl's drink, spreading illicit lies just to cause hurt, and studying computers just to become a hacker. Instead of a saving grace, it can be dangerous to the abused.

Okay so maybe you don't take things that far.
