Sad indeed but what often happens with depressed people is that they hide away. Unless they have someone who is very close to them and keeping in touch on a regular basis, it will be a shock when they take their own life. This is the case in many suicides, not just veterans.

Yes, that is a rough time for many women. Support is needed for sure. :(

Probably better veteran services and regular appointments for evaluation of PTSD, Depression, Anxiety...preventative care.

It would be better than nothing Bob..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

Way better than nothing. Regularly scheduled checkups, support groups, proper medication, maybe even therapist assigned to vet who keeps "tabs" via home visits and phone calls..

As an intro to the world of vintage dive watches I don't think I could have done a lot better than my Silvana. I love the way link it wears how it looks and the era it was made an era link when diving link was still new and special and seen as a casual vacation-friendly sport to be enjoyed by all.

And though its hard to admit link the way that I feel about my grandmothers watch is as much a projection of fantasy as the way that I feel about Harrys Longines because I have no real memories of her. The little I link do know I hold onto like the tiny splinter of metal taken from her wedding band when it was resized now stored in a drawer alongside the link extra links from my Grand Seiko Snowflake. A fraction of a fraction of an object.
