Yes we do, alot, we have 4 total, two of them are big canners, and one 4 qt and one 8 qt. I can put a big old tough roast in for 1/2 an hr cool it down quick add carrots, taters,, onions, garlic, put the heat back to it for another 10-15 minutes, and it's done.. In well under an hour. The roast comes out very moist and tender.. now I'm starting to get hungry..

Pressure cookers frighten the heebie jeebies out of me. I will not step foot in a kitchen if someone is using a pressure cooker. My grandfather uses his to this very day.

Yes, many times in past years. I used to do a lot of canning....tomatoes, beans, fish. So nice to have fresh food in the middle of our long winters.
