Sour cream is different than soured cream. I buy sour cream for making dips, casseroles, baked potatoes, some dessert recipes.
Soured cream would be cream far past its "best by" date, or left on the counter when the temperature reached 108. I'd throw that away!
Obviously, I'm confused by your question, but can't seem to stop typing.

According to what i have found here and my wife,,it is the same as "sour" cream,,so it should last to the expiry date,,do you have "best before" and "use by" dates,,or just an expiry date..??????..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..http://forum.lowcarber.org/archive/index.php/t-104629.html

Personally I wouldn't keep anything or anybody past their use by date. It all gets a bit smelly.

I would think it's a bit like cheese, the longer you keep it the stronger it gets, it never seems to really go off.
With my first paycheck I bought that Chronostop. As a young guy getting started it was great to have access to interesting beautiful things that were also quite reasonably priced. It was a unique sort of link pleasure. And a lot of my early collecting was really just link thinking "Oh wow I get so much value for this." On top of that I'm not a big person and the vintage watches all seemed link to fit.
