    Off the coast of mexico. Over 200 mph winds.

      Yes, I heard about it this morning (Oct. 23/15). They are showing people boarding up windows with plywood. Unfortunately, plywood against 200mph winds will be useless. People need to evacuate.....now!!! Many are wisely doing so.

        Our weather guy says only a steel building can withstand winds like this! These people need prayers I believe!

        Nope. you know where I live, we get the tail end of everything that starts out there, I shall await the wind, nothing new at my age.

          Just saw it on the news! Monster is right! Winds at 200 mph! Watch out Texas and all other states  out in the sw states! I'm sure it will be a killer!

            This is the first I've heard of these storms, which will definitely be deadly and destructive.  I'm ashamed of how little attention I pay to things outside my bubble.  :(

              We're expecting 12-17 inches between today and Sat. I got real ugly with James ' mom. Told her she was too doped to argue.

                Yes, oh yes, days ago started watching. Expecting 12 to 17 inches! Not just bad but catastrophic! Towns are going to be destroyed, cities. Never a worse storm in recorded history…….
