One moment in your life that changed the course but, at the time.... didn't seem very nice.
Mine is ... I had an unfortunate incident in which a woman took great liking to me. It was very uncomfortable and escalated to the point that I walked into a police station seeking advice. The advice was this, "Unless she harms you there is nothing we can do. Move away.". That is exactly what I did. One hour of driving time away. If I had not done this, I wouldn't have, years later met my husband and given birth to our wonderful son.

Buying my first ever laptop and clicking on akaQA within the first few days.
I would never have met my soulmate if I hadn't done this.
Not the most romantic of meetings but most of you know the story.

i had a allergic reaction to cortisone over 30 years. i was off work for a year. i got well by natural means because a co-worker had brought me an article on natural healing. after that me and my whole family changed our way of eating and taking care of ourselves. i have studied health extensively and have a library of books on topics of health and health modalities. my family calls me to recommend doctors and practitioners when they encounter ailments.

akaQA has been a blessing for me, too. I enjoy occasional emails with some of you, or Facebook messages, Julie and I have just had a busy day in Central Park and at Coney Island - and we are meeting Clonge on Monday!
Another blessing in disguise is my grandchildren having mothers with substance abuse problems. My sons have sole custody of their kids, and are clean and sober with bright futures. I'm concerned about the daughter-in-law, but confident my son will find his way.
