Which account?

Yeah, you really need to give a little more information for us to help.  MOST of the time, when I call about an account, I have to provide a myriad of identification, including, but not limited to:

I am asked for my name, address, city, state, phone number, account number, secret password (which varies from account to account), social security number (or at least "the last four") and my mother's maiden name, sometimes even providing spelling.  If you are asked for your bra or (for the men) jock cup size, hang up.

This is standard fare Carrera design, and it's my opinion that this design looks better in gold. I've actually seen this watch in link the metal, link too, so I'm not just making these link statements based on press imagery alone.
