Exercise will really lift my spirits. Having something to look forward to each day is also a mood adjuster. That can be something as simple as finishing a good book or having someone over for supper.

I tried the whole gambit, twenty nine years worth of trying and finally got the one doctor that would actually listen to me and we fixed it! A combo of 4 pills that level out the world, a single buzz, a trusted compliment, the boogy men no longer under your bed, your paranoia lessening by degrees. A sweet haze takes over and steadily moves you alone at a constant speed…. Yep, adjustment……..
