I had my interview, along with my husband Harvey, January 26, 2015at the same time. He received his NEXUS card February 4 and activated it. To date I have NOT received mine. Could you please check into this? Is it our postal system? Has the interview results been delayed? Thank you.
No indication at the interview and iris scan that there would be a delay. Thank you for placing a high priority on the processing.
