      Yes I think they are equally  as dangerous.  Churchill  wanted to carry on and take them on in 1945,  but he couldn't  get enough support  from our other allies.

        In my opinion their both cancers to the world as we know problem is Putnins got nucs isis got numbers..Islam knows no boundries nor do war heads.perhaps it's time to use economic solutions on russia and ground forces with a combined colalition on isis..

          I was brought up fearing the Russians.  Communism “bad”. I guess it stuck.  ISIS makes the news but the Russians? They’re sneaky……….
