    Make sure you removed the tape from the new cartridge before putting it into the printer. Make sure the cartridges are snapped in correctly. Check to make sure the printer has paper. Some printers make you run the head cleaner before they will print anything. You can find the option under tools.

      Did you shake the canister before putting it in? Did you charge the copier? Are you sure the cartridge are full?

        Take the color ink cartridge out and put it back in. Maybe it's installed wrong

          Hey Mate,,after you have checked everything everyone else has suggested,,when you press print,make sure you press the Colour button and not the Mono Button..i have a Brother Printer,,,,,,let us know how you get on.>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<
