    I have colored ink in printer but I only get black and white print?

    I have colored ink in the printer but I only get black and white print. How do I get the printer to print color????

        First off, do you have multi color ink cartridges?  make sure they all have ink.


         


        next, check your driver software.  Open properties on your printer driver, make sure it's not set for Black/white or Grayscale printing.  


        I think this is your problem assuming the printer itself is not defunct.
