I will tell you what happens when someone does remember your birthday.
This year I planned a small family gathering for my birthday. My husband asked me to make all sorts of different dishes. I didn't think anything of it, thinking he was having one of his food experience moments. Our foster daughter and her family arrived early ... this is when I should have tuned into what was happening as they are never early for anything and rarely on time.
Someone knocks on the door. It is my closest friend, her husband and two of their grandchildren. .... I was very pleased and thought, "This is why the big guy wanted me to cook so much food.".
Many more of my friends and their children knocked on the door. The house was jam packed full of people and I catered the entire event. .................. It was a very great day.

I hope all of you have a very great birthday like the one I had this year. It was a wonderful gift.
