For ordinary, everyday black tea.....Red Rose. Not sure but it may only be available in Canada.

Tetley is too weak for me. Red Rose may be in Michigan but it's not in all states.

 When you ask, "Which is the best?", your question is really open-ended and up for interpretation.  Do you mean best taste, healthiest, most natural, one with special curative powers, most relaxing, etc.  MY answer would be the best tasting tea (in my opinion) is a citrus/cinnamon combo.
