I don't like any lights on during the night. I sleep in a dark bedroom with lined curtains so no light shines through the bedroom window.

I don't like bright lights at night when I'm watching TV or chilaxing in the living room. A lamp is plenty of light for me.

Completely dark at night. Sleeping in a country setting, far from city lights would be my preference, so maybe I should move to North Korea?

QUIET is more important than dark/light.  There is a small light on the floor strip where my phone plugs in to recharge, one in the bathroom, and one in the kitchen.  I don't want to trip over the dog (hardly likely, since he sleeps on the couch every chance he gets).

The nutcase who runs that country probably makes everyone else turn out the lights so he can get to sleep.I wouldn't put anything past that maniac.
