            Well, there you have it....all the reasons you can't get into your domicile. 


            If you are referring to something computer-oriented, make sure you are logged out completely, that you are using the correct password, and all that other "common sense" approach.  When all else failes, use "Control/Alt/Delete


            If you can't handle it on your own (and that happens), use the "Contact Us" feature.
