If a male cat has been “fixed”, does he still have “urges”? Is he still “interested”?

Just curious about my two cat’s behavior………..

Nope,no urge at all. That's what the vets tell us.But how would they know?  :)

I think my cats beg to differ with the vets……...

I think the interest is gone, but not the instinct, if that makes any sense.

Now I feel very sorry for that kitty!

My male cat, Tigger, has tried to mount his sister lots of times, but he doesn't get very far. At first, she enjoys the attention, then she tells him to bug off; and she gets up and leaves.

Well my boy cat flirts and shows off to females, he has several girl friends, every time he sees them he rolls on his back and shows off, one that lives two  doors away he brings home regularly, my female gets annoyed and chases the other female off, than she sits and stares at him, sometimes she slaps him with her paws.
