    I live in Wilsonville Oregon and noticed that my license plate sticker says '14'. Should I have gotten news one by now. I don't know who to go to for the anser.

    Look at your registration paper that should be kept in your car. The exact date that your registration expires is listed on it.

    What month is indicated? That should also be on your license plate sticker. If not, go to (or telephone) your local license issuing office.
