      The fine here is $330 & 3 demerit points.It's $443 in Victoria.It still doesn't stop them.Yesterday while driving down to the local mall we spotted 3 drivers using their phones within 500meters of our home.

        The city of Austin just made it and ordinance: NO talking on the phone, NO messing with the GPS, NOTHING that requires your hands except for driving…….
