What does Creme Brulee mean ? ........with the accent mark over the e in Creme and over the last e, I think, in Brulee. I know creme is pronounced " crem " and I'm not sure about Brulee' but I think it's " bru lay " I didn't take French. Wish my mom was alive. She took French and Latin. Anyway, It's a type of milk shake, I guess that they're selling at Arbys . So what flavor is that ?

Whoops, I should have put all those details in this spot. I'm not in the mood to re write it.

Crème brulée is literally 'burnt cream'. It is like a custard with a burnt sugar topping normally finished with a blowlamp to caramelise the sugar.

    Luvly jubbly.................

Creme Brulee (and I pronounce it the same way you do) is a delicious custard, very smooth, a little moist on the bottom, and with a glace crunch on top.  Here's a recipe for an easy version
