If you haven't seen it, try to get your hands on a documentary titled "Food Inc.". It is another eye opener. In addition, there is information somewhere (I can't remember where I saw it) about how chicken and fish are raised (together) in China. It's enough to make us all sick....literally!

All of this information is the reason that I try to shop at our local farmers' markets. People complain about the high prices but I see it as an investment in health.
