THE LAST TIME I HEARD FROM MY COUSIN, HE WAS IN A HOSPITAL IN NEWPORT , VIRGINIA . HE HAS LUNG CANCER, His CAREGIVER JAMES (HE NEVER GAVE ME A LAST NAME) SAID HE WASN'T DOING VERY WELL, THAT WAS 12/31 2013. I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING SINCE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND HIM. I CAN'T HEAR , SO I CAN'T CALL ANYONE . I REALLY LOVE MY COUSIN AND AM WORRIED ABOUT HIM. I'm 69 AND HE IS 72. He was in the NAVY AND FOUGHT IN VIETNAM . HOW CAN I JUST FIND OUT WHERE HE IS.

Have you searched for his Death Record/Certificate?
(I don't want to burst your bubble, but you mention he was ill in hospital with lung cancer over a year ago so more than likely he's deceased.)
