      Of course microbes cannot see, as they have simpler sensory systems than us.  Remember that they are unicellular, and their organelles are not specialized as entire body systems, as in higher life forms of animals.  They simply react to move to or from things that they detect as harmful or not.  Many fail, hence millions of them at a specific site.

          Sure  they can. We can see each other, can’t we? If they couldn’t see one another, how else could they mate?

                Yes- - --that's how they get together ......like when cancer cells cleve together to form a tumor. Sorry I couldn't have given you a happier example.

                  If you were seen with one eye, at a great distance,  then you would seem quite small and mute. Also think of your microscope as a telescope...then ask your question again. Your ego tells you that you are bigger than anything else.
