      When we hold an expectation we must inevitably suffer disappointment at some point in time ... so to avoid this in the future ... do not hold expectations of others that may be impossible for them to live up to! In this way you are free from judgement as well as free from disappointment!

          I've been disappointed so many times, I expect nothing from anyone....really cuts down on the disappointment.   


          The one I need to count on and not be disappointed by is actually myself.
