If you like sardines make a sardine omelette.  I like sardines for breakfast because they are heart healthy.

I always have porridge on weekdays, weekends I often have more. On Saturday I went to a cafe about 10.30am and had a full English breakfast £6.00 including coffee, (I don't do that every week) yesterday I had scrambled eggs on toast. The cafe I went to has been there since the 50's, it has just been taken over by new owners, and they have turned it into a modern version of a 1950's American Diner, juke box, American style phone on the wall, bright coloured chairs and tables, it's very popular.

I’m having peachy yogurt especially bought for me……….

Taco Belle has good breakfasts now, I've  been told.

@ Sunny The US is swarming with Taco Bells. It's a Mexican fast food restaurant. Their food used to be so good when I was growing up, but the quality of the food (In my opinion) has greatly declined.

Steak and Kidney pie and mash with fried Onions,

Oatmeal and a cup of tea.
