BOB BARS layers of ingredients, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips (or mint chips), chocolate/peanut butter chips...A crust of graham cracker crumbs, butter, confectioner's sugar. Condensed milk pour over the chips, with chopped nuts. Kind of like 7 layer cookies, but with a twist that makes them original.

Make up new names for chocolate bars?

Mallow Alp Bars (a rocky road type bar with marshmallow topping, or "alp")

Barnburners, a chocolate treat with shredded coconut, served warm?

Sundae Bars, with chocolate, nuts, cherry filling, served with ice cream topped with whatever suits your sweet tooth (I like butterscotch)

Weekday Wonders, something that can be made quickly on a moment's notice

Bedrock Brownies, basic recipe with gummy dinosaurs? ick

(your name)'s Best Chocolate Bars (you provide your special secret recipe)

Zebra Bars, a dark and white chocolate mix that has a striped frosting

Making up names is the easy part! Actually baking good stuff is the important part...but I think I could come up with something for all those weird names....maybe. :D
